With sales from Visiv directly contributing to the well-being of the Borough through Camden Council’s Community Investment Programme, it made sense for its brand to be a celebration of the area.

Under the strapline of ‘My Town’, the marketing showcased an array of Camden Town residents and independent business owners, providing an authentic snapshot into life in this vibrant area.

Alongside this, the brand’s clean visual identity helped promote the scheme’s superb environmental, Passivhaus credentials and contemporary design.

Results: The first stage of the development was sold 95% prior to practical completion at pricing levels over and above those ascribed at the start of the development programme. Camden Collection, Camden Council
