Led by Enfield Council, Meridian One is the first phase of Meridian Water’s £6bn, 25-year regeneration programme that’s set to transform this corner of the capital.
With the development’s tenure-blind approach, the development’s branding needed to work across Private Sale and Shared Ownership – as well as evolve with the scheme.
As such it needed both a breadth of appeal and an optimistic life-affirming outlook. This led to a design and marketing campaign with a vibrant colour palette, injecting community and a playful illustration style.
