A tranquil village setting in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, this development of 77 new homes at Oxney Quarter is part of the £1bn reinvention of Whitehill and Bordon.

Inspired by green. The village green with its pétanque pitches and farm shop. The green of the cricket pitch overlooked by the impressive pavilion. The greenery of the Hampshire countryside on its doorstep. The naming, branding and creative for this out-of-town project revolved around all of these key features.

But despite its traditional setting the marketing for this scheme was thoroughly modern. From sophisticated styling of the branding, to the state-of-the art touchscreen in the marketing suite and the drone-led content of the promotional video.
