Floris' Fragrance Journals campaign takes a snapshot of London in three key years in it's history, 1962, 1976 and 1988.
We commissioned Darren Hopes to create three bespoke illustrations depicting faded memories of London from these dates and used them alongside a number of interviews and portrait photography of Floris customers to build a campaign which writes a love letter to London.
The window display conveys the idea of storytelling by using hung rolls of paper printed with tales and anecdotes from Floris customers through the decades. The packaging was printed with Darren's illustrations and photographed against a backdrop of smoke to give an essence of faded memories. The photography was used on point-of-sale and in-store displays, while the portrait photography was used on a microsite alongside the interviews.
